How the cleanup works

Files stack in folders from K down to A, alternating owner colour. Your job is to send every department’s files to its archive, starting from A. Click a file to pick it up and click a destination to drop it; a double-click sends a file straight to its archive when it can go. The Inbox deals the next batch.

Why a file cleanup is the right cover

A shared-drive tidy-up is the single most plausible thing to have open on a Friday afternoon. Nobody has ever walked past a colleague sorting files into folders and thought twice about it. The sheet carries its own tabs — Cleanup, Archived, Owners, Notes — and the file is called File_Archive_Cleanup.xlsx.
